From the Industrious Lady
What a lovely period blouse! The coat sleeves show emphasis on the elbow and even has the cutest little epaulets about only an inch wide. Kind of interesting to notice too that on the shoulders the maker decided to put velvet over the seams. I think they are too wide to be actual piping.
